Child Safety: Automated Detection & Mandatory Reporting

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content that sexually depicts, or appears to depict, a minor. This applies equally to real, AI-generated, and edited imagery, and there are no exceptions.

To enforce this, our platform operates automated safety systems that screen prompts and images and apply known-image (hash) matching, combined with human review, and are designed to detect and block the creation or generation of any content involving minors. Content flagged by these systems is refused and will not be produced or delivered.

Where we detect, or receive a report of, suspected child sexual abuse material — or any attempt to produce it — we will block and remove the content, immediately suspend and permanently ban the account, preserve the relevant records, and report the matter to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and may disclose account information — including identity, email address, IP address, device data, and payment details — in connection with any such investigation. If we catch you attempting to create this material, we will report you.

Fully Synthetic Media Only

Every image and video on this platform is generated from a text prompt against learned visual patterns. Because no real person is ever depicted, questions of subject consent do not arise for normal use of the generator.

The same principle sets a hard limit on prompting: attempting to recreate an identifiable real person — by name, description, or any other means — is prohibited. Prompts that reference real individuals, celebrities, or private persons are blocked by our moderation systems, and repeated attempts lead to account action.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited. Prompting for, generating, or distributing any of the following will result in immediate enforcement action:

• Content depicting minors — zero-tolerance policy. Any content involving individuals under 18 is prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
• Real-person likenesses — prompts or outputs intended to depict an identifiable real individual, whether a public figure or a private person.
• Bestiality and incest — content depicting or promoting sexual acts involving animals or familial relationships.
• Hate speech or harassment — content targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
• Content promoting violence — material that incites, glorifies, or instructs others to commit acts of violence.
• Intellectual property infringement — content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights of third parties.

Prohibited Conduct

• Bypassing or attempting to bypass security measures, age verification, or content moderation systems.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform.
• Automated scraping, bot-driven requests, or mass generation of content outside authorised API usage.
• Presenting synthetic output as a real photograph or video of an actual person or event.
• Impersonation of real people, including creating synthetic media intended to deceive.

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Immediate removal of offending content.
• Temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.
• Referral to law enforcement agencies, including reports to NCMEC where applicable.
• Pursuit of legal action to recover damages and enforce our rights.

Reporting Violations
