Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on this Service, whether the content is photographic, AI-generated, or edited. You must not create, request, generate, store, or distribute:

• Any sexual or intimate content that depicts, or appears to depict, a minor or any person under the age of 18 ("CSAM"). This prohibition is absolute and admits no exception.
• Intimate or sexual imagery of a real, identifiable person created or shared without that person's explicit consent (non-consensual intimate imagery, including "deepfakes").
• Any photograph, face, or likeness of another person used without their explicit permission.
• Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that violates another person's privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Any attempt to bypass, disable, or defeat our safety filters, content moderation, watermarking, or age-verification controls.

Child Safety: Zero Tolerance, Automated Detection & Mandatory Reporting

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content that sexually depicts, or appears to depict, a minor. This prohibition applies equally to real, AI-generated, and edited imagery, and there are no exceptions.

To enforce this, our platform operates automated safety systems that screen prompts and images and apply known-image (hash) matching, combined with human review, and are designed to detect and block the creation or generation of any content involving minors. Content flagged by these systems is refused and will not be produced or delivered.

Where we detect, or receive a report of, suspected child sexual abuse material — or any attempt to produce it — we will block and remove the content, immediately suspend and permanently ban the account, preserve the relevant records, and report the matter to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, as required by law.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement and may disclose account information — including identity, email address, IP address, device data, and payment details — in connection with any such investigation, without prior notice to you where permitted by law. If we catch you attempting to create this material, we will report you.

Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery & Removal

The Service is generation-only and every output is fully synthetic. Creating or sharing intimate imagery intended to depict a real, identifiable person — including through text prompts — is prohibited and unlawful in many jurisdictions, and prompts referencing real individuals are blocked.

If intimate imagery depicting you has been created or shared on the Service without your consent, you may request its removal by contacting our support team. We act on valid reports promptly and, consistent with applicable law (including the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act), aim to remove verified non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours of a valid request.

Your Responsibility & Indemnification

You are solely and fully responsible for the content you generate, publish, and distribute, and for ensuring your use of it complies with applicable law. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator of this Service and its affiliates from and against any claim, demand, loss, or liability, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service, the content you create, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept these Terms of Service in full. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Rules

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. Sharing accounts or credentials with third parties is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed through third-party payment providers. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally not provided for credits or tokens that have already been used. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with our Content Policy. All content is generated from text prompts, and prompts intended to depict identifiable real individuals are prohibited. Content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, trademarks, and proprietary content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your prompts, and generated outputs are licensed for your personal use in line with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any proprietary platform content without prior written permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any credits or unused subscription time may be forfeited upon termination for cause. You may also close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
